Tammy House – Paralegal
Tammy is the senior paralegal and office manager at the Bennett Law Group. She has over 20 years of personal injury and litigation experience. She has worked at Bennett Law Group since 2008, and is the lead paralegal on all cases. Tammy is the primary point of contact for her clients and provides services and support on cases from the start of the case through its conclusion. Tammy’s job duties include answering phone calls, drafting legal documents, ordering medical records, filing, case management, scheduling matters, and managing the day-to-day operations of the office from an administrative standpoint.
Sandra Wallace – Administrative Assistant
Sandy is a Case Manager/Legal Assistant at the Bennett Law Group. She has worked at Bennett Law Group since 2010, and she helps support Tammy on cases from the start of the case through its conclusion. Sandy’s various job duties include answering phone calls, filing, requesting medical records and bills for clients, organizing files and case managing the files from start to finish.
John Fox – Investigator
John Fox has been an investigator for several law firms in the Atlanta area since 1998. He was introduced to Mr. Bennett in 2008. Since 2008, Mr. Fox has been an investgator for our firm. He has an extensive background in conducting interviews with witnesses and new potential clientele. He has provided us with evidence and documentation that has been proven vital to support our client’s case.
Mr. Fox has assisted our firm with filing the appropriate documentation in civil litigation and effectuating serivce of process throughout the State of Georgia. Mr. Fox has unique skip tracing techniques where he has been successful in locating subjects that have relocated or been evasive. He continually provides us with evidence to support his facts and provides us with the necessary documentation. Mr. Fox is diligent in obtaining the facts and we consider him to be an invaluable part of our team.
